A few first questions

Before we speak.

What does the homepage planning calculator show?

The seller path subtracts debt payoff and closing costs from the cash portion of a sale price, before income taxes and other adjustments. The buyer path estimates monthly principal and interest on a fixed-rate, fully amortizing loan. You enter the assumptions. Neither result establishes practice value, financing eligibility or an actual transaction outcome.

Can I explore a sale without telling my staff?

Start with a private conversation. A proposed sale can be introduced to qualified buyers through a blind summary, followed by an NDA before identifying information is released. Staff and patient communication should follow a deliberate plan that reflects the transaction and applicable requirements.

Do you work with private dentists and DSO buyers?

The buyer search can consider both, depending on the practice and the seller’s goals. A private buyer’s financing and clinical fit matter; a DSO offer also needs scrutiny of retained equity, contingent payments, employment obligations, and governance.

Will this site tell me exactly what my practice is worth?

No. The guides and calculators help you test assumptions. A defensible opinion requires practice financials, a clear treatment of owner compensation, local buyer demand, and the proposed transaction terms.

Are the practices pictured available for sale?

No. This is a brokerage intake and education site, not a public listing marketplace. Images are representative. Practice details are shared through an appropriately confidential process.
